RFQ - Madison Corridor

Through this RFQ, DPD seeks to identify design and development teams to revitalize a block-long portion of Madison Street in West Garfield Park. Short-listed applicants will form developer-designer teams that each will receive a $25,000 stipend to work with community stakeholders on mixed-use proposals for the site, which includes multiple underutilized commercial buildings and accessory parking areas. Winning RFQ teams are expected to be announced this spring.
